Hi everyoneDoes anyone have experience with setting up & managing a fund or syndication focused on flipping homes?

It's the classic tale of "you don't know, what you don't know".You will hate yourself if you self manage with zero training or experience. 

Any thoughts or experiences you could share are so greatly appreciated!

Maybe, but I have a lot of trust in the team given the experience from my first property.

Specifically in CT it’s a hot topic so would love to hear anyone’s experience.

Particulars:1) 1st SFH rental property cash flows $400 and we have a 2 year lease agreement that ends in 2025. 2) 2nd SFH I currently live in, I would rent out and probably experience a negative cash flow of --$100 cash flow for first year, break even 2nd year, and build little cash flow moving forward.
