I spoke with my attorney (who is also a RE attorney) and he said unless I have ANY evidence (which I didnt because I was stupid and gave him all the forms), there was nothing I could do.All I can say, is luckily, I never put any money into it...so I really didnt lose anything but time....If anyone else has had any experience with this rip off of a company...post your story.

If I could have found a house, it would have been easy to sway me to some of the offered loans maybe, but I did have a little experience to help me out.Over the years I have learned a few things, one of which is how very little I do know, so I worked through this forum to educate myself more, learned to listen better and ask better questions.

Don't know what the situation is where you are, but trying to do this without a detailed knowledge of CO law would be a really easy way to, at best, end up with some hefty legal bills.

I know I know… It’s pretty easy to be optimistic when you are sitting in an appreciating area… But the point is this… You need to get in correctly, be prepared to make changes as you go along, have a plan “A”, and plan “B” and a plan “C”… Etc… Be flexible and be ready to change and adapt to the market changes…
