Most travelers bring their own vehicle so they can manage a drive.

As property manager we have the right and the physical and electronic safety guards to capture their SS number if they have one (this required an on site visit to our office to verify that each computer was password protected, that we had locking file cabinets etc).

The locks are new, standard key entry from the outside for the backdoor.  

He is bringing in the property plus $25,000 cash ($20,000 to cover closing costs and $5,000 for initial operating expenses), while I'll contribute a $130,000 cash downpayment and handle day-to-day management due to my proximity to the property.

I mainly stay in this area for ease of management.
