Encourage them to have an attorney review it.

That’s why I encourage you to pick something that is interesting to you-you’ll later apply that to RE.

Since we launched, I'd say 75% of the reviews or private feedback we've gotten from guests on Airbnb have mentioned the wifi being very slow, although we make it as clear as possible in the listing, check-in instructions, and house binders that the wifi is only useful for checking email and light browsing and we encourage guests to unplug and enjoy their time in nature. 

I just read one idea I like that encourages to just get an umbrella policy in the unlikely event you are sued for a boatload of money that isn't covered by your regular insurance.

Any advice would be appreciated, and feedback of course is encouraged.

I share that story to encourage you to stick through this rough patch. 

Instead, I'm going to give them general CONSERVATIVE information, encourage them to complete the application, and we can find out the answers once they have done it.
