I don’t know that market at all You can get going with 20k including reserves for emergencies?

@Stacy D Jackson My understanding is that I can only do it if I know it’s an emergency (ex: tenant away and active flooding).

I would still try to apply for the Emergency Rental Assistance program under your municipality.
