But it is extremely hard to get anywhere with him, from asking where we are at with talking to seller agents, to even asking simple questions and having to send 2 or 3 e-mails over a few days in order to get a response.

We buy houses in neighborhoods favored by military families, and we set our rents at the local cap rate, usually for E-5 and up. 

I e-mailed my local credit union to see if they do REI loans, that was today, and I have another bank that will do 80% of the value and have rehab loans too, I just need the 20% of whatever I'm looking at.

If in town, prefer quieter E end of Liberty, W of square preferably.
