Hey everyone , real quick, i just came across a decent deal price wise (-175K from comp with garage) its a 3/2 duplex 1100 Sq Ft  but has no garage or car cover. thoughts on demand for something like that or challenges ill run into with that decision?

The goal should be to own as many doors with as little roofs as possible.

Older economy properties are generally owner operated and run very lean (based on necessity).  

Door knocking, cold calling, and those annoying 'Will buy your house for cash!"

If you all don't move in I'd install locks on the doors to empty rooms with cameras you can monitor remotely, you don't want them moving in any extra people or having extra space to damage.  

I have 9 doors across Memphis and Detroit.
