Then, divide my profit by 4 and the OP would have earned $9,100,000.Now, someone just wrote a post stating that the market has changed and it is impossible to earn the same as in the past 10+ years and I did agree that the market has changed, but even though it has changed, if an investor wants to get filthy rich it is still 100% possible to turn $600,000 into $9.1 million in 17 years if you change your business model.I never told investors to stay away from single family homes.
