I'm not arguing with "investors" or with those that have interests in promoting some strategy from a profit motive, such would serve no end as they are unlikely to ever face the issues in the same light.My comments are primarily for new investors.

You should not be promoting the use of land trust to hide ownershipYou yourself mentioned paragraph 17 and if you know how to read it clearly states any interest, in my world which is reality that clearly includes beneficial interest done through a Trust.Trusts are NOT a solution for hiding ownership when its used in relation to a Sub2 deal.
