There would be virtually nothing on our part to do at all but yet we would get a 10k 5k, 30k assignment fee?

I am looking at a DSCR loan (75-80 ltv plus FEES)  but I wonder if there are better products that can allow me to utilize a bigger chunk of my equity to move forward.

I got on a call with them and then their membership coordinator to discuss joining their community and I ultimately did not join because the price tag was $500 per month, but the idea seemed rather interesting to pursue possibly by myself or with other people not needing to pay $500 per month to make it happen.

I feel it would be good to have a seasoned vet in real estate to mentor me.I’ve discussed with others about utilizing my skillset to manage projects and even flip or turn properties for sweat equity/mentorship.

I'd schedule a meeting with the tenants to discuss the above, and at the same time I'd do a quick inspection.
