Are there other product offerings like DealMachine out there?

I know that MF properties are valued by the revenue it generates but I still want to compare since we are reaching out directly to owners and dont want to go in completely blindsided.

I sold two properties in last month both are flooded but bought by owners directly.

If you're really want to get into the house hacking direction, I would prioritize multi family and then single family if you can't find anything.

That said there are charities, county and state resources they can turn to point them in those directions if needed.

I am buying a property from a homeowner directly in Baltimore City, and wonder the option of seller financing.

Fannie Mae direct lenders with no overlays is best for me out here on the West Coast.
