You sell, you get paid.Then there are businesses where you buy something and sell it at a higher price (stores), make something and sell it for more than it costs you to make it (manufacturing), where you dig something up and sell it for more than it costs you to dig it up (mining), or where you provide some service to your customers (restaurants.)

I guess depending on the numbers, you might want to have a cleanup crew come in to vacuum them up, maybe open certain areas, to vacuum.To kill them and eliminate them, go to a hardware store, or home depot has it cheap, get a container of boric acid.

Depends on your operating agreement.Anyone who's able to put half to three quarters of a million into a deal isn't going to be satisfied with single digit interest rates.This seems like a weak deal in the best of times.

The 6mil plastic (also know as visqueen from any box store  or Hardware store for cheaper) is only necessary if there is a moisture issue with the concrete.
