Then you have to stage it and design it and did I mention the materials that everyone wants (granite, tile, etc.) are expensive?

@Jeremy Willis this sounds like the typical seminar funnel circuit designed to get you in at a low price and only give you enough info to get you to purchase the next level of whatever they tell you you need.

@Jared Michael Rollins my wife designed & built our principal residence as it also has offices for our respective businesses,  (we are grandfathered in for 'home business offices').

But that rule is designed to avoid someone other than the tenants parking there all the time (such as a BF or GF) not a different vehicle every few days.
