I noticed this property back in October when I was exploring properties in my area and it kind of de-motivated me because it seemed like such a great deal I couldn't afford. 4 unit in Montgomery, AL listed for $166K, fully rented (according to the description) bringing in $2350/month so over that 1% rule for rent and would bring in over $1500 a month.

From the title and your description I could not tell what you want to do.Start attending your local REIA and meet others in your area doing what you want to be doing.

Stunning corrections like they forgot to get documents signed, or the property description was for something 8 miles away, or the wrong names were on the mortgage even though the right people signed.

Try advertising in other places, getting better photos of the property, changing up your ad description.

One reason being you can type more in the description.

Pricing, Min # of nights, Photos, Description, instant book or not, vacancy rate in the 30 days coming according to their calendar, what people say in the reviews that they like...

I have reported several people for advertising contracts ALONG WITH pictures and descriptions of the property.
