The 6 bedroom dilemma could be an issue around 300k.  5 bedrooms is the max a standard builder uses before you jump into custom homes.  

I would consider paving the whole park as a equity move or approach our many local banks for custom financing.

I've jumped around a bit to try to find my "fit" and after much soul searching, realized I have picked up a set of valuable skills (experience with legal documents, customer service, time management, supervising others, hospitality, etc) but not necessarily a dream vocation.

I would like to know the websites which offer customized mail marketing at feasible prices or is there any software which helps us to design the mails as per our preferences.Thank you !

Either mid century, rustic farm, or boho decors, they played important role in bringing customers.

This might be more exceptional, but I believe being responsive as I describe helps us build rapport with our tenants (customers) and I think it's a big reason why we experience very low tenant turnover.
