I still view them as no real difference than the little ones - takes the same skill set (for the most part) and time investment as a SFH or a Duplex... however there are a LOT of folks making noise in that market that haven't even done a single family house deal either.I get why a broker doesn't want to talk with people...

@Daniel HymanThanks for the idea but another problem I have with using the government internet is a lot of things on websites don't work because of the firewall and network settings so when I try to apply for the account it just doesn't go to anything.

I do have a high risk tolerance due in part to being relatively young (30), having stable income (military) and setting my personal finance/retirement on autopilot with a course set for a comfortable retirement at 65.
