We have the CPA do the taxes and it is worth every penny IMHO.He knows every deduction.

Having done a number of shower stall tile installs I am amazed that anyone would expect the paper coating on green board would be sufficient to absorb the thin-set to ensure the  adequate adherence of tile to a vertical surfaces vs that of cement board.

A fresh coat of paint, new shutters, or landscaping can make a big difference.Consider the after-repair value (ARV): The cost of repairs should be in proportion with the potential value of the property after it’s fixed.

We are currently developing a strip in Atlanta but have looked at a lot of potential projects but in todays market you can still buy for pennies on the dollar. 

There are not a ton of people who want to sell their house/apartment for pennies on the dollar.

For older homes, copper is a bit of a gold mine because of the life span, but most other materials are going to need attention. 

They usually are watching their pennies and saving for tuition.

In our 2nd week she found us a new construction home by driving there because no one was picking the phone.Being a good agent she completely transformed our experience and I am so glad we’re closing with her, she deserves every penny and our previous agent was of no value to us except stressing us out while not doing his job.I am not saying your customers felt the same, but would be nice to hear from them.
