Asking price2 and 3 are really meaningless to lenders from my experience so they should probably carry equal weighting, but asking price is completely meaningless to all parties…including lenders.

That is why my answer above said it depends on your personal circumstances, tax bracket, etc.I am pretty sure my fire policy carries liability protection although it may be a separate rider as you pointed out.

If this was done so the the bearing weight was now being carried on the block to the sides of the AC unit (using a header, probably a piece of steel), then the weight is already being supported as it should be - and so it should be easy as just filling the opening.

That means he needed to carry insurance of at least 100% of the building's replacement value or he would only be paid out the percentage of the claim that represent the percentage of the building's replacement cost he insured.

The accounts are being shown to carry a $0 balance and are listed as "Paid or Paying as Agreed", however it shows the payment history ending in early 2008 when I paid the loan off.
