I am especially  interested in construction financing for current project/expansion, landlording information, best tax strategies and proper legal information to make this venture run smoothly and profitably. 

Im shocked that a tax attorney is only charging you that amount.

Because I paid so little for the property I fear I will be hit with a huge tax bill.

Stable english speaking democracy and ownership of the land with ultra low property taxes. the key here is financing cannot be contingent on W2 due to other investments that we are covering with this income.

What I see as advice for you so far leaves out the First Time Home Buyer's Tax and Financial Benefits.

The total gross rents are $4600, however we plan to furnish two units and manage it with my managment entity for STR / MTR and boost rents to $5500-6500 within year or two.

Unfortunately, for us it's going to be mostly optimizing operations and cleaning out some inventory that doesn't cash flow very well anymore (they jacked property taxes through the roof in Jackson County where most of our stuff is).

I also see that property taxes is not that low either. 

I've done all mine in Excel and even my tax returns.
