I like that....comming from the restaurant industry every dollar you earn you are lucky to put 2 to 4 cents in your pocket after all of the books are settled at the end of the tax year.....thank you for sharing.....get me pumped up!

I'd be down a net $20/mo but keeping a tenant that pays on time and otherwise keeps the unit clean and treats the property as their own.Have you swapped rent for yard maintenance before?
