To start off, My advice is to read as many of the forums of this site you can, go to your local library and read some books on Real Estate Investing, Read "You, Inc," and any self motivation books you can find.

I like that....comming from the restaurant industry every dollar you earn you are lucky to put 2 to 4 cents in your pocket after all of the books are settled at the end of the tax year.....thank you for sharing.....get me pumped up!
