I am a Noob to Bigger Pockets, and I am new to the Real Estate Investment Game as well..I've had an interest for quite some time in a real estate investment path and in March I finally decided to do something about it.

It seems like in the past 60 days or so, many investors stepped back in the multi family space which gave an opportunity for those that were still in the game and hunting.

I had to hire a BK attorney in this state to file a motion because the spouses's attorney is playing games and my attorney isn't familiar with this states BK laws and didn't want to risk making any errors.Builder had a total of 3 loans on three different spec builds and he stole draw funds on all 3.

Especially when one is young and new to the game.

It’s a numbers game but I’ll tell you right now you’ll need to have a lot of calls to make this happen.
