I enjoy my job and do not have plans to leave it in the short to mid term.Once I've got a couple more residential properties under my belt, I will likely start looking at apartment buildings in the 5 - 20 unit range.

If you have a couple of deals under your belt through partnerships or straight wholesales, by the time your HELOC is available next summer, you will just be that much farther along.If you brought me a deal in my market that was truly 60% of market after repairs, I would make sure you made some money on it.Good luck!
