That's why they don't teach it.Active marketing however, will get you paid faster than passive marketing.Sorry for the long post, but I felt compelled to answer this post.  

So I tried QuickBooks and Buildium, both great and snazzy but ultimately using Excel is just faster and with Office 365 I literally create a clear audit trail (my job has me working with auditors everyday...) by inputting all transactions and including a hyperlink to where the bill/receipt/pdf, etc. is located on OneDrive. etc. etc.

Participating in the boards really helps you learn at a much faster rate than anything else I can think of.

In MO the only way to get someone out faster is if it is an unsafe situation for someone else, usually a roommate evicting another roommate.Letting the legal system work is usually the only way to deal with it, but you can sometimes try to offer the resident something to give back possession for some sort of compensation (dropped eviction charges, deposit refund, cash, moving truck etc...)

I think members can definitely benefit from finding potential employers and employees faster, especially if the positions are listed under areas of expertise and where the position is geographically located.

The upside is you may rent it faster then those that are not as updated.

What is the best way for a newbie, who doesn't have a million dollar bankroll to get into one of these deals.
