Hey BP community,Simple question for you... where does one go in order to find auctions in my market?

The goal is to find something under market value for a BRRR for forced appreciation and then cash flow.I've been looking at some auctions, but most of the stuff is pretty crappy.

The current owner said he bought the park in an auction last year and he heard the water well was neglected and the health department shut the park down.

Others here will sing the praises of about 12 different towns in Ohio (what a great state! 

No law says 'by key'.BTW, I buy houses at auction.

Look in to tax deed auction, some sale have a low entry point to buy property under auction.

Found a pre foreclosure that is 2 years behind and still hasn’t gone to auction.
