I believe this will drive down their prices as additional A-Class units come online and vacancies creep up.

In addition, I also further evaluated rents in that area and unfortunately, I had those a bit too high.

Especially if higher returns can be made without much additional effort. 

What additional information do I need to consider in determining if I should sell or hold?
