Hello Everyone,I purchased my NACA home more than 5 years ago, and I obtained a HELOC on my home last year.The financial institution that approved and funded my HELOC was fully aware of the NACA Lien on my home and continued with the process either way.Also, I am not in violation of the occupancy requirements.What would NACA's actions be?

For example on SFR primary/second home properties, typically HELOC's are structured as a 30 year amortization, with the first 10 years usually being the 'draw' period (time to utilize and pay down the credit line) interest only and 20 years amortized principle and interest payments.

Posting this out there since the last post for Prattville was a couple years old so if anyone jumps on here and makes that one of their first searches they will see this.

One thing of note is that Utah is approaching the top of a cycle right now, but over the next 35 years will double in population.  

It has worked so well I installed another one this year and plan to install one every year in the remaining units.

Unfortunately, that is something most everyone in the construction industry has experienced to some degree over the past few years in this dynamic market.

I had a buyer several years ago that had the same situation and the bid was cancelled.  

Not sure if I’d want to sign a one-year lease with anyone but a working professional or someone that is placed there by insurance or corporate housing. 

Many investors from California are choosing to invest in the Midwest because of the low barrier to entry and yearly cash returns making more sense in these lower priced markets.
