Hi all,Does anyone have recommendations for a good registered agent service for New York?

In states like New York and Pennsylvania you have almost no protection and a judgment creditor can take the assets by taking control of the company forcing sale of assets and distributing proceedsIn other states like Wyoming and Nevada charging orders are handled differently in that a judgment creditor cannot take control over the company.  

I have spoken to many lawyers in both Nevada and New York and have been told different things, seems as though nobody has a straight answer.

I've listen to podcast, read a lot of things on here and even been to a few seminars out here in New York.

FYI,Publications in New York can be very pricey.

Being that this is New York, I know the permitting can be a challenge - I have looked up the zoning and it is R6, so I don't anticipate there being any zoning issues.
