The trick of course is to get into those areas ahead of the rest, before they explode.

Nick Morris there is a lot of tricks to getting investors but if you provide value and content and have a proven track record them it will raise above.

This is because they don't have to spend as much time researching and learning each little trick to make the finished product turn out well.

One of my Real Estate instructors (who has achieved a certain measure of success), once said that the trick to buying raw land was in determining which way the city was growing.

You may also find that experience investors might have suggestions to improve your results in the future.It would be wonderful to have a number of posts that it could be referred to on how to get started, what works in the beginning, how to find financing, how to build credit, tricks to finding deals, etc.

It is a understanding of the bigger picture of investing as opposed to looking at it as individual parts.Investing success often has a lot to do with tricking the mind. 

I'm here to learn from all of you and pick up tips and tricks along my journey in real estate.

I guess the trick will be finding one!
