Now, I'm not saying this will be the case forever moving forward - it will normalize (well, labor will always be a concern in my opinion, as less people get into the trades) - but nonetheless, the best way to really hone in on costs and what you'll need to navigate in a certain city, on a certain project, at a given time, is by surrounding yourself with experts.

Hello everyone, I recently moved to LA and I have zero familiarity with the region and its surroundings.

As for the surrounding neighborhood, it seems decent, as far as low end goes. 

Now, I don't invest in California however, there is a trend at present according to data where people are moving out of urban city into the surrounding suburban or distant cities.

I am a recent graduate looking to invest in the Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas.

The place doesn’t have to be in the cities, surrounding areas could work depending on distance from my Job.
