In general, however, yes you can keep doing 5% down conventional on SFRs over and over and over again every >12 months, if I'm making up assumptions that make that work, and "slow growth" up an empire that way, and in theory you could keep doing this even past the Fannie cap of 10 since we're only talking about owner occ 12 month occupancy promise loans each time.
