My question for all of you fine ladies and gentlemen is how to go about setting up the team I would need for this in the area if I'm doing long distance BRRRR investing.

I liked the suggestion from the podcast about sending in a cleaning lady as kind of your eyes on the ground.

Chan seems like a nice lady who is continually undone not by compassion but through lack of boundaries.

The lady that saw the property is older, does not come off as the brightest individual, mainly because I think her ex husband handled most matters for her.  

On Monday, the company called me on the phone to tell me that the gentleman who emailed the list to me, who I replied to, was no longer with the company, so this new lady, "Tandi" was assigned to work with me. 

Plus, if you look at how Google has shuttered their other services (notably gReader), they gave months of heads up to their consumers and a whole host of alternate services rose to the top.The real question to me is when they kill the service, what happens to the millions of numbers that were created in gVoice?

I actually put a few hundred dollars on them and their stock rose.
