So heck it could even hurt you in the courtroom to have elaborate veils over the ownership the judge can see right through--the judge might assume you are trying to defraud the public somehow and you need to be shut down!

were permits pulled converting a 3/1 to a 5/1I've heard horror stories of people having to convert a house they bought back before they could get permits to do additional workyou say turnkey, but with section 8, it usually isn't turnkey. if you don't want to share publicly, PM me an address and i'll let you know what i'd pay and expect as ARV based on the location, comps, and images.

Once the filing is completed you become the “trustee” per the agreement, but the attorney’s name is on public record, protected by attorney client privilege.

It would no doubt fetch what we are asking if we chose to market it to the public, but I’ve also got to consider vacancy, marketing, etc if we don’t place these applicants.I don’t mind making a small concession to keep them attracted, but would would you recommend to keep them on the hook?
