I don't utilize them myself, so I've always found it hard to believe that, that many are using VRBO/AB&B, etc, all that frequently. 

I have max 9 occupancy, and frequently have 8 or 9 guests.

In our area it is common to have summer rentals and winter student rentals so furnished houses are frequently sold.

He would send me the briefest of emails to the point that only when I saw him asking my title company for a closing date did I know I had been approved, despite asking frequently.

I wasn't able to attend that one (I travel frequently for work), so I can't speak to how many attended, but I do know it was scheduled.

In fact I frequently have CPA's who don't have investment experience call and say SDIRA LLCs are illegal.
