We are working towards a renovation on a property in North Carolina and would like to set up a Business Line of Credit for our LLC.

A good rule of thumb is the Western part of KC has higher values and appreciation, closer to the city and businesses.

@Art Mimnaugh it’s a commercial property as it is a Four unit, and it’s in north linden off Cleveland ave.

I hope to move to North CVarolina in the next couple of years.

Note - I don't think the more affordable areas in JoCo (downtown Olathe, and north of 435 areas, are going to see amazing appreciation either).

buy/rentals...most of the time the target demographic is North American expats.  

We have bright spots like the tax increment district called "Montana Connections" out by Rocker that is constantly growing, Northwestern Energy's beautiful new building in the heart of Uptown, and the ever increasing enrollment at MT Tech.
