The parking lot is almost on level with the creek so it doesn't take much for it to overflow into the parking lot and basement of one of the buildings (currently there is a 2 ft berm built up from prior owner.

I’ve found many to be scams, especially the ridiculously low priced listings.   2) As you look for a home to live in, know what is most important (strong rental potential, high appreciation, etc.) to you and be ready to make some trade offs. 3) If you’re looking ITP (inside I-285), visit the Atlanta Regional Commission website and the Atlanta Beltline website to gain an understanding of planned development for various areas, ie Westside Park, Westside Trail, transportation, etc)Best of luck and enjoy the journey!!

Hi @Wendy LeemanI think it is best for you to understand where the market is right now.Prices nationally have jumped nationally between September 2020 and September 2021 and have risen around 25%.We are at the top of the bubble.The smartest thing you can do right now is to sell and get out of the home.
