If wholesaling is legal in WI without a license why is it illegal to have a property under contract without the intention of actually buying the property yourself?

Hello,I am new to bigger pockets but have been set on owning a duplex for some time now.

I have my RE license but primarily focus on off-market deals and helping out of state investors get started there by plugging them into my team and helping them from start to finish do BRRRR deals.Anyway, happy to connect with you or anyone else.

We currently have 2 of our own and our guest house tenant keeps 2 here as well.

As Don mentioned you might have several REI strategies. 

The company is netting 70-80K a year (This is split between my partner and I) so obviously this isn't something right now that I can live comfortably just yet to step away from my full-time job.

What proof do you have they have made the past 12 checks on time?

You can get to hike, enjoy the beach, and horseback ride anytime you want once you have enough cashflow to retire.
