It's good to have an agent on your side looking daily, because that is where I noticed most people are losing out, they are just too slow, and hear about the "good one" too late.I had a client who I called the day the house she wanted fell out of escrow, they lowered it another $25,000.

I looked into the Carolina Panthers, Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Philly Eagles.Basically Texans and Panthers are cheaper, but no real resale value, so you will be taking a lossSteelers and Eagles are just WAY too expensive to make such a purchase worth itI was able to snag lower level 100 seats.

So 100K is the #.Question is when I come across this situation...When the property is worth 120-125K but may sit awhile vs pricing it at 100K to sell quick..I am assuming I would use the lower sales price and keep making offers..
