If I were to move now, I would either go to an island in the Caribbean or one of the out islands in the Philippines.

Regardless, it's still much better than spending $60M on parties, private islands, jets, etc.

@Michael Hoang The tax incentive, Act 22 I believe, states that you need to live on the island for 183 days out of 365.
