Whats have you found the easiest and most professIonal way to have all of them sign it?

The main issue I found was that sometimes, even though the home is abandoned, the owner still has that abandoned address with an untouched mailbox as their mailing address, so you know they won’t get your letter.

Can I also ask you since your new as well what have you found to be your greatest lead source?

We found out there are issues with the house, after our due diligence, that the previous property mgmt company did not address. 

I found that when I first started (as with anything else) I didn't know what my questions were going to be until I got to that particular bridge and needed to cross it.I know of some note investors who can teach youthe business as long as you can send them qualified referrals.

All of this is to say, Ive been investing time and resources into my financial IQ as “Rich Dad” would put it and found BP.

She has a full time job and we have 3 kids, so I found other things she enjoyed about real estate to get her involved (and talked about it constantly).For example, I found she loves looking through the MLS and driving for dollars together, so I really latched onto that. 

They did not know this and they bought the building and started to add on going to another story and they found out they had to tear it down because someone sold the space rights to someone else.
