Hi,I've seen some ads for houses in College Park, newer construction for around $40-50K and renting for $750/month.Can anyone share insight into this area?

I haven't felt this happy about something since I started college.

College town, lots of off campus student housing available seen homes for 90k 4 br / just a shot in the dark and not a question ive ever heard answed, ive never seen HML and the word rental unit (s) in the same sentence .

I am a part-time college student with a part-time job, and little to no clue on how all of this works.

I have always had interest in real estate, currently in college I plan to become a general contractor as I enjoy the hard work and getting my hands dirty.

I teach in the daytime at a catholic school and at least two nights a week at the local community college.  

This is a college town and the property is about 1-1.5 miles from college.

I am college student looking for some deal analysis help. 

Anyway I am now 20 years old with a steady job, I have been saving my money for 3 years and will graduate college this May.

I am looking at putting an offer in for a rehab in a college town.
