I want to know if this is a realistic plan to start my investing journey.

I am looking into DSCR loans, but I am being told that because I do not own my personal residence, I may not pass underwriting.Thinking outside the box:I started asking lenders about house hacking.

I’m not looking to be the GC (obv) on this and will be hiring a GC.  

In short I want to know ways that you have made deals like this work and/or any creative solutions for keeping a tenant in place. 

This will help separate your finances, but when you do reporting on the Analytics & Reporting tab on the left, you can still see all of your properties together in one place.

If it’s well run, kids are doing their homework and adults are helping with the homework, no problem.

Obviously the exposure on this site won't be as great but we can list it as a link to friends and family to book through maybe.

I would look into if it would be possible for you to qualify as a nonresident alien for tax purposes.
