If you enjoy spending your time at the river with a pan in your hand, you can occasionally find a nugget of gold, but the guy that builds the flour mill is much more likely to feed his family well.

For rehabs and rentals I need a team of contractors but don’t know how or where to find them or how to pay for them.

I'm enjoying the experience, and hope to close on #4 and #5 by the time I turn 27 in March 2019.
