You are committing time to learning and researching which puts you closer to 'jumping', so to speak.Committed investors are always looking, researching, thinking, building networks with key people (bankers, agents, contractors, other investors, etc) to educate themselves and prepare themselves for when the time IS right for them to jump (that could be today, next week or next year).

Roofing Contractors are typically good at providing a quote on-site or at least within a couple of days of visiting the property, so it's worth taking an extra few days to get some additional quotes.

My apologies if I've overlooked them.1) INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT2) FINAL SCOPE OF WORK3) PAYMENT SCHEDULE4) INSURANCE INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT5) FINAL & UNCONDITIONAL LIEN WAIVERI've found multiple samples across the web, but wanted to see if anyone has copies of these they swear by.I'm in Texas, so these docs have to conform to state statutes in regard to arbitration, etc.
