Any private money lenders looking to invest in a company that will be acquiring homes subject to in the NJ and NYC area?

@Engelo Rumora yes of course thanks i look every where i can for rental info i.e. craigslist, facebook, trulia, and even management companies websites from the area.

I would like to know do you have a method for spotting these types of cleaning companies?

Perhaps there is a creative solution to this or that there are companies that buy distressed homes like this, or that someone themselves is interested in buying it for cash because it's so cheap, etc...  

Insurance companies have many exclusions and they may not cover everything, but they can help to pay for some of the costs of a lawsuit.Good:Using one LLC for all of your rental properties.
