I am curious to know how people feel about renting to college students?

I have recently graduated from The Ohio State University and I am currently working in suburban Chicago.I am lucky enough to have the opportunity to save aggressively straight out of college and want to use these savings to invest in a owner-occupied multiplex.I am looking forward to engaging in the community and learning from its mentors and members.

Hello everyone.I am interested in investing in buy and holds long distance in Buffalo, NY because my daughter may go to college in this city. 

Cash flow and a decent ROI is definitely harder to find now than it was a few years ago.We do have a friend from college who moved to the Greeley area last year, they were renting at first. 

They don't actually Teach Real Estate Investing at LSU, Southern University or any college I know of.  

HelloFinished community college and heading to state four year which cost 8k a year to attend, pell giving me 5.5K=free money will finance the pretty much for free (2.5k) out of pockets.

Salem college west over to the BB&T field has (or had... not been there lately) some <1000 sq. ft. printing presses.

I had just graduated High school and was in my first year in college when I decided ( with always an entrepreneur mindset ) that I was going to go into real estate.

Instead I chose to invest in myself and went to college and paid cash for my tuition.
