It's basically mortgage fraud but ON THEIR SIDE....   1) we had a water leak in April. insurance paid out, check has to be countersigned by mortgage company, we sent check in July CERTIFIED

I have a a tenant in a SFH and her lease is up on January 31, 2016...I'm not interested in renewing her lease...we've sent her a certified letter notifying her to that fact, but I'm concerned about her vacating by the expiration date...do I have a recourse if she doesn't?

Hi everybody, thank you for your help and advice, i called the township and certified that it is not my responsibility to cut the tree down, i notified my neighbor saying that they could trim or cut the roots if they feel necessary, The tree is quite large and only a few roots are on their side, don't really see it coming down.thank you for your help !
