I'm looking to work for an investment firm small big doesn't matter I just want to work with investors selling buying and or leasing their properties and manage them while learning everything I can about real estate investing I've applied to many investment firms that have put up ads for help but it seems no one looking at my resume and I think its cause I have no actual experience.

And in my experience the delayed (larger) increase is more likely to cause a loss of tenant than a smaller one.I used to use the change in the consumer price index as a minimum for my increases, sometimes adjusted up from that if insurance or taxes had taken a big hit.all cash

This caused the bubble in the china stock market that just burst.

A problem with this I have found is that other insects (like ants) occasionally get into them and cause the indicator to pop.

However this is likely to cause some existing tenants to leave. 

In a boiler system, everything/anything can go bad and cause a major problem.

The rent is comparable to the area if not just a little low, but the current owner has had some tenants for >20 years and hasn't increased rent on them for fear of losing them. ( apparently they are great tenants who don't cause any problems).Thanks for ANY advice you can give on this deal.

Remember any suit against you personally that attacks your livelihood or causes you to pay potentially large attorney fees is asset protection.

Have the laws changed or has there been some other change that is causing banks not to offer this anymore?

I am a buy and hold , and want this for the long termI am at a stand still cause I really don't want to contact my bank.
