The CL got slashed over 60% during the 09 recession, but I convinced the bank to revert it back to my original CL in 2010.I tried getting in to some Vegas properties 2.5 years ago, but was never successful in purchasing a property and then took a hiatus.

Good luck Even though you see no income verification advertised.. just try to get one.. as opposed to the massive amount NO doc no verf loans that were being written pre 08.markets were rentals were lost in droves were mainly in PHX  Vegas FLA  GA  and central CA... were the economy was very much based on new construction.. in the rust belt new construction does not drive the markets.. as existing homes are selling for less than replacement cost.. until that inverts I don't think in those cities..

I was at a guru event a few years back ( invited guest non paying)  and the celebrity investor guru was the husband and wife team of Flip Vegas.. so they get on stage to do Q and A  and of course everyone wants to know how they did it etc.. when in fact they get paid millions to just be the face and show up..

I made one comment about looking for someone to do a loan for me there and I got a nasty gram from the state.. so either someone turned me in or they troll BP... and I see fake lenders with vegas address's all the time I bet they get shut down frequently.
