One of the things I like about BP is they're not trying to sell you anything (except perhaps a Pro membership which I don't mind buying considering how much free content they put out) and they really try to make this site a useful educational tool for investors, free from pitches, gimmicks and gurus.

Mike,Check-out the following WP plugins: WP iCal Availability (cool simple tool that integrates the calendars with your own), VR Calendar Pro and Booking Calendar are two that can integration bookings and all the goodies you mentioned.
