It appears to me that the futures are fairly efficient, reflecting all available information, but not perfectly so - allowing opportunities for arbitrage.I personally would not bet against housing prices rising further.

Appearance: a property looks like a "C" class from the outside and based on age but some units have really good interiors and the property is deemed "B" by the sponsor.Expenses: does it cost less or more to run an "A" class property than a "C" class?

It does not appear to have a hoa in place but if they do your agent should have the proposed projections for the hoa part Or are you buying into a coop ?
