Been an amazing journey ever since, and the learning will never stop.

That being said, hiring a book keeper (I use upwork and got an AMAZING company out of Mumbai that I now use for my main businesses as well) was perhaps the best money I have ever spent.

This as my attorney calls the "Rolex Rule", this is when the tenant claims they had thousands of dollars in jewelry in the property and you cleaned it out and did not have legal possession (not sure what that definition or process is in your area) and now they come after you for this amazing expensive jewelry that is now gone.

This goes to show that if you can finance right (if not walk away from the deal) you can accomplish some pretty amazing things.
